2. Why do we process your data, on what legal basis, and what is the purpose?
- We process your data according to the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Polish data protection laws for purposes such as legally justified interests and with your consent.
3. Whom may we disclose the data to?
- We may share your data with authorized employees of Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) and Tarifa sp. z o.o., entities legally authorized to receive your data, and processors acting on our behalf under a contractual agreement.
4. Will your data be transferred to a third country (outside the European Union)?
- We will not transfer your data to recipients outside the European Union without your consent.
5. How long will your data be processed (stored)?
- Your data will be processed for the necessary duration to achieve the processing purposes outlined in point 2.
6. What rights do you have to ensure the proper protection of your data?
- You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your data, withdraw consent, request data transfer, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
7. Is providing data obligatory?
- Providing data is voluntary but necessary for participating in the event.

- We do not employ fully automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
